He looks after our Audi Q3 and has also checked a mini for us after we purchased it for our daughter’s first car. Communication is great and friendly and pricing is transparent. Today I took my fiesta

Today I took my fiesta in. First time using KSW Auto and absolutely amazing service. Had me back on the road same day and explained everything to me. Car is running the best it has for a long time. Booked in straight away for oil change next week ( they did offer to do it today but I had work). Would 100% recommend KSW Auto.

Great garage, friendly staff. I take my bike and car (red Mazda 3) there and now my wife takes her car there for our Mot’s. I have also had my brakes done there.

These guys came highly recommended as an honest trustworthy place to take my vehicle.
I knew it wasn’t going to be a straight forward MOT and service. I pre-warned Stuart there would be issue’s and he replied;
“Let’s get it up on the ramp before I start spending your money”
That reply told me my car was in the right hands.
He rang me later to let me know what it needed and I was more than happy for them to go ahead. It was more or less what I’d suspected but, it was definitely going to be money well spent.
A couple of hours later they’d fixed it all, retested it and it passed !!! Major relief.
I really can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and communication throughout .
I shall be taking my car and any future vehicles I have to these guys from now on. They are top quality.

Been taking my car to KSW for a few years now and they have always been very friendly, helpful and reasonable. They know what they are talking about and do very good quality work. I have never felt like I’ve been ripped off or been taken advantage of. Can’t recommend enough!

I can not recommend this garage enough . I’ve been here a few times after being recommended by a friend and my first encounter was on the phone and the lady’s customer service was 5* she was soo pleasant and polite . I then managed to get squeezed in for a an appointment even though they were clearly busy . I’ve been there a few times since and it’s a very reassuring experience . Staff are so polite, pleasant and normal .
I will definetly be back and be recommending to more family and friends . Keep up the good work guys . Thank you

I can not recommend this garage enough!

I can not recommend this garage enough! They are brilliant! I went there for my MOT which they we so fair and helpful about, my car failed as the suspension was fitted (by different garage) with the completely wrong spring making my car dangerous to drive, they showed me and my boyfriend what the issue was, they made time the next day to order in the part and fit it and didn’t charge over the top prices like you get at other garages.. they are genuine, nice and reliable lads who I have recommended to all my friends and family. Can’t thank them enough! X

As a women sometimes you

As a women sometimes you can feel uncomfortable walking into a garage, never have I felt this with KSW thay are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
